Do you take insurance?

Intuitive Soul Psychotherapy does not directly accept insurance. However, many clients submit invoices to their insurance companies for potential reimbursement. Since coverage varies, reach out to your provider to understand how your plan handles out-of-network providers.

What is your pricing?

Therapy is an investment in both time and emotional energy. Sessions are a safe space where you can process, reflect, and feel understood.

Individual or couples therapy
45 minutes: $180
60 minutes: $230

Group therapy
75 minutes: $50
90 minutes: $75

Payment by credit card, check, or cash is due at the time of each session. Sliding scale pricing is available for those in need. Please get in touch to learn more.

Do you offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions?

Yes! In-person sessions take place in the Intuitive Soul Psychotherapy office 10 minutes southwest of downtown Austin, Texas. Virtual sessions provide flexibility for those outside Austin.

What is your cancellation policy?

No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to the full session cost.

Can I get a good faith estimate?

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
